Rwanda lives in Goma illegally, said Térèse Nkisuka Wagner
Rwanda is living illegally in the Democratic Republic of Congo and tries to plan the conversion of the State, the country’s country member told BBC.
Térèse Nakisaka Wagner said this followed decades to prevent the failure to hold Rwanda President Paul Kagame responded to violation of international law.
His comments come after the rebellion of R23 supported after M23 is taken by the east city of Eastern Goma and threatened to continue annoying in the capital, Kinshasa.
