Rwanda is living illegally in the Democratic Republic of Congo and tries to plan the conversion of the State, the country’s country member told BBC.
Térèse Nakisaka Wagner said this followed decades to prevent the failure to hold Rwanda President Paul Kagame responded to violation of international law.
His comments come after the rebellion of R23 supported after M23 is taken by the east city of Eastern Goma and threatened to continue annoying in the capital, Kinshasa.

The SADC has submitted peace forces, primarily from South Africa, Chrongo to fight the armed groups such as M23 and restores peace in the mineral region after years of difficulty. Sixteen soldiers were killed in conflict with M23 around Goma last week.
