Rwanda Likes illegally Dr Congo, the minister tells BBC

Rwanda is living illegally in the Democratic Republic of Congo and tries to plan the conversion of the State, the country’s country member told BBC.

Térèse Nkisuywa Wagner said the land allowed the President of Rwanda Paul Kagame for decades of turning and failing to seize the international conflict.

His comments come after the pre-rwanda rebellion – M23 rebels captured the Logged City of Goma and threatened to stumble in the capital, a 2,600kk (1,600 miles).
