Rwanda is living illegally in the Democratic Republic of Congo and tries to plan the conversion of the State, the country’s country member told BBC.
Térèse Nkisuywa Wagner said the land allowed the President of Rwanda Paul Kagame for decades of turning and failing to seize the international conflict.
His comments come after the pre-rwanda rebellion – M23 rebels captured the Logged City of Goma and threatened to stumble in the capital, a 2,600kk (1,600 miles).
The Rwandan government spokesman will find Yola Fangela with denying that their armies are sent only to prevent conflict in their area.
“We do not care about war, we have no desire to be destroyed, we have no desire to be the Kingdom Kingdom,” Ms Mandon told the BBC’s Newsday.
The Southern African Development Community (SADC), a Provincial BLOC generated by 16 members, held a special meeting on Friday in Zimbabwe to discuss the event in Ch Congo.
The SADC has submitted peace forces, primarily from South Africa, Chrongo to fight the armed groups such as M23 and restores peace in the mineral region after years of difficulty.
Sixteen soldiers from South Africans were killed by arguing with M23 around Goma last week.

“I think Rwanda should be less than the Embargo of all their messengers, they should not benefit from the illegitimate and under compulsion in the east DRC,” he said.

Dr Congo is a large country, about two-thirds of the western European, parameters in the nine countries.
