For years, conservative media, lawmakers and talking heads have been sounding the alarm about President Joe Biden’s free fall. And for years, the left-wing media, lawmakers and their loyal spokesmen have rocked it with the same disparaging dismissal – accusing us of lying, fear-mongering or worse. Some even went so far as to say that they could not keep up with Biden’s program which was thought to be full of intelligence and full of what was just one morning speech and two afternoon naps.
Fast forward to the presidency. Now that Biden is out of office, the left-wing media seems to be clearly waking up. The New York Times of all places — yes, the same paper that served as Biden’s PR firm — revealed that he relied on teleprompters during fundraisers at people’s homes. For events where he had to appear free and human, he needed written instructions. Donors were not full of confidence.
House Speaker Mike Johnson dropped a bombshell about the January 2024 meeting where Biden was surprised to learn he had signed an executive order to freeze the export of liquefied natural gas a few weeks ago. He repeatedly denied that he knew about it. Johnson believes that Biden did not know what he signed, leaving him with the dreaded question: “Who runs the country?”

1. Former President Barack Obama

The continuation of Obama-era policies under Biden is striking. Biden’s sweeping economic and climate reforms — like the Build Back Better and Inflation Reduction Act — weren’t just echoes of Obama’s agenda; they were carbon copies, with Biden playing the role of a disaffected student. The albatross of Biden “Obamacare” itself was a disaster, except that it was painted green, cost too much, and led to an inflationary nightmare.
And let’s not forget the Afghanistan withdrawal fiasco, which had Obama’s fingerprints all over it. The same architects of Obama-era failure were in charge, conflating the times and ignoring the warnings. Meanwhile, Biden seemed caught off guard the entire time, surprised by how the plan turned out — because he may not have been the one pulling the strings. Who are Biden’s Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and CIA Director William Burns really answering to?
Obama was unwise to stay in the picture. He has been giving advice to Biden, speaking at White House events, and is reported to have held closed-door meetings with key officials. In 2023, when Biden’s mental decline becomes harder to hide, Politico openly asked, “Is Barack Obama Ready to Do It Again?” He might have been telling himself the whole time, or at least moving the wheel while Biden tried to figure out where the car keys were.
2. First lady Jill Biden
The first wife was Joe Biden’s manager, coach and nanny. Jill Biden’s influence on Joe’s decision-making has been an open secret for years, ever since her decision to run for president in 2020, although advisers close to her are said to have warned that she lacks the energy for a serious campaign.
When Joe Biden’s bid for a one-term presidency came up, and Democrats began looking for a candidate, it was Jill who convinced him to run for re-election – despite what he should have known about his obvious decline. Was this about his legacy, or was it simply a power grab?
After Joe Biden’s disastrous debate against Donald Trump, in which he looked more confused than commanding, Jill offered the kind of praise that would make North Korean propagandists blush: “You answered all the questions! You knew all the facts!”
It was believable as former Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told us the border was secure while watching videos showing illegal immigrants streaming across it. Mayorkas lied to protect the agenda; Jill lied to protect her husband’s image – and his hold on influence.

Remember the infamous photo of him sitting in the president’s chair on Air Force One while “preparing for the G7 Summit”? Or how you led the cabinet meeting last September? Since when does the first lady conduct cabinet meetings? Jill stepped in when her husband was fired, confused or absent – a role that felt more like acting president than loving spouse.
3. Chief of Staff Jeff Zients
Biden’s Chief of Staff Jeff Zients, often referred to as “the fixer,” has quietly emerged as one of the most powerful people in the administration. Zients’ influence was evident during the early stages of the pandemic, when he led the COVID-19 response team. Since then, his role has expanded, making him a behind-the-scenes manager of the White House and a president who did not understand what was really going on.
Zients has played a key role in shaping and managing the administration’s day-to-day agenda, including overseeing personnel decisions and ensuring that Biden’s plans are carried out. He hired a third deputy chief of staff, Natalie Quillian, to implement management plans, but the move was controversial internally, ruffling the feathers of those who saw him as Zients’ boss as a “bad cop.”
Given Zients’ reputation as a detail-oriented manager who controls the operations of the White House, it is clear that he orchestrated the signing of the executive order halting the export of liquefied natural gas, ensuring that it was in line with his broader environmental or economic goals without requiring the depth of Biden. marriage.
4. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan
His role as national security adviser has made him a key figure in the Biden administration, but given the president’s cognitive abilities, he may have been calling the shots. Too bad he wasn’t very successful.

Biden’s decision to allow biracial men to compete in women’s sports — signed as a tall order on day one — reflects the extreme agenda of far-left lobbyists. Then there’s the White House’s reliance on TikTok and X influencers like Harry Sisson and Chris Mowrey. Watching activists dance wildly while professing their love for the octogenarian president wasn’t just an embarrassment — it was a window into who’s really shaping the administration’s messages.
