After his breakup with Selling Sunset star Bre Tiesi in March 2019, Johnny Manziel I found love again Josie Canseco.
In April 2024, Manziel and Canseco sparked romance rumors when she was photographed with her feet on the legs of a mystery man while on a plane. Although his face was not visible in the photo, fans noticed Manziel’s visible tattoos in the photo.
Later that month, the couple confirmed their love when they took to their separate Instagram stories to share photos showing the pair in an intimate embrace at Stagecoach in Indio, California.
Less than three months later, Canseco couldn’t hold back on his relationship with Manziel.
“I like to make fun of her from time to time because I find her to be a princess, and she takes good care of me,” he said. “He is close to his family and his mother and sister and his children,” he said Us. “I just went to Texas to meet them recently. Everyone was so happy and welcoming and to see that he has such an amazing family made me feel at ease.”
He noted that Manziel “takes such good care of him.”
“I couldn’t have asked for anything better at the moment,” he added.
As for why he wants to keep his relationship on social media, Canseco explained that he likes to “control the narrative if possible.”
“I also think there is a lot of good in keeping my relationship personal and between us,” he said Us. “I am not hiding anything, but at the same time I think it will be healthy for us to grow together and become the people we want to be if everything is not announced.”

In a since-deleted Instagram story video posted by Canseco to celebrate Manziel’s 32nd birthday, the couple can be seen sitting in the bathtub together, apparently naked, as Manziel washes his girlfriend’s hair.
“Love like you,” Canseco wrote alongside the video. “My best and forever friend. I am proud of the man you have grown into. You are the kindest heart I have ever met. How lucky I was ++ happy birthday my baby @imanziel2.”
