House Weaponization panel releases 17,000-page report exposing ‘two-tier government system’

FIRST ON FOX: The House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government released a more than 17,000-page report detailing its work in Congress, outlining its success in protecting Americans from speech surveillance and the use of weapons by law enforcement agencies, Fox News Digital has learned.

Fox News Digital obtained the 17,019-page report compiled by a subcommittee, under the House Judiciary Committee, chaired by Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio.

“The Appropriations Committee has strongly targeted the Biden-Harris administration in arming the government and uncovered many examples of abuses by the federal government,” Jordan told Fox News Digital. “Through our oversight, we have protected the First Amendment by investigating the censorship-industrial-complex, heard from many brave whistleblowers, stopped the targeting of the American people by the IRS and the Department of Justice, and created major legal and policy changes that will benefit all Americans.”

The report, first obtained by Fox News Digital, states that “the founding documents of the United States express the purposes of the American republic and guarantee all American citizens basic rights and liberties.

“Yet, for too long, the American people have been dealing with a two-pronged system of government—one of political favoritism, and one of intimidation and injustice against all American citizens,” it continued. “Under the Biden-Harris Administration, the distinction between the two categories has become much clearer.”

The committee was created to “represent the American people,” the report said, highlighting its mission to “bring abuses by the federal government to the attention of the American people and ensure that Congress, as its elected representatives, can act to correct them.”

The subcommittee’s mission was to protect and strengthen the fundamental rights of the American people,” the report said, noting that by investigating, exposing and documenting executive branch misconduct, lawmakers on the panel took “significant steps to ensure that the federal government no longer works against the American people.”

“This work is not yet complete, but it is the first step necessary to stop the use of weapons by the federal government,” the report said.

The committee, since its inception, says it has been working to protect free speech and freedom of speech while protecting the constitutionality of the First Amendment.

“Throughout the Biden-Harris administration, many government agencies, including the White House, have conducted a major investigative campaign against so-called mis-, dis-, or information,” the report said, noting that the subcommittee disclosed level “censorship-industrial complex,” and detailed how the federal government and law enforcement have coordinated with academics, nonprofits, and other private organizations to monitor speech on the Internet.”

And in a letter to the subcommittee, Facebook and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg admitted that the Biden-Harris administration “pressured” Facebook into spying on Americans.

“Facebook gave in to this pressure, reducing posts and content that were critical to the political debate in the United States,” the report said.

And in another win for the subcommittee, in response to its work, universities and other groups shut down their “disinformation” research, and federal agencies “reduced their ties to Big Tech.”

The committee also celebrated a “great success” in October after preventing the creation of “GARM,” an advertising organization that was involved in monitoring and boycotting conservative media companies. The committee revealed, before it was dissolved, that GARM had been discussing ways to ensure that conservative news outlets and platforms could not receive advertising dollars and were involved in misleading conservative voices and Twitter if it became “X” under the ownership of Elon Musk.

Meanwhile, the subcommittee also investigated the alleged misuse of federal law enforcement agencies.

In speaking with several callers, the subcommittee learned about waste, fraud and abuse at the FBI.

“When these allegations came to light, the bureau brutally retaliated against many of them by violating their positions—suspending them without pay, barring them from seeking foreign employment, and even purging employees suspected of being dishonest,” the report said, noting that the subcommittee revealed that the FBI “abused its security clearance adjudication process to target whistleblowers.”

The report refers to the FBI’s response, in which the bureau admitted its “mistake” and reinstated the security clearance of one decorated FBI employee.

The subcommittee was also tasked with investigating actions by the executive branch to “intrude upon and interfere with constitutionally protected American activity.”

For example, the subcommittee uncovered “and stopped” the FBI’s efforts to target American Catholics because of their religious views; detailed DOJ guidelines for targeting parents at school board meetings; stopped the Internal Revenue Service from making “unannounced visits to the homes of American taxpayers;” caused the DOJ to change its internal policies to “respect the separation of powers and limit subpoenas to Judicial Branch employees; and highlighted the “unwarranted surveillance of the American people on federal law enforcement.”

The panel also investigated federal election interference, highlighting “the FBI’s sincere efforts to ‘start’ the story about the Biden family’s money laundering scheme before the 2020 presidential election.”

The panel also investigated and showed how the 2020 Biden campaign “colluded with the intelligence community to falsely dismiss this story as ‘Russian disinformation.'”

The report includes a list of subcommittee discussions held, letters sent to the subcommittee and subpoenas issued by the board.

It also includes filings and written discussions conducted by the subcommittee. The subcommittee made 99 presentations and recorded discussions during the Conference.

The proposals and interviews included in the main report are of former FBI officials and CIA officials, such as former Director John Brennan, a former prosecutor in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office who participated in the first financial investigation against President Trump, Mark Pomerantz, and interviews with Facebook, Meta and Google officials .
