Rita Moreno Remembers Elvis Presley and Marlon Brando Love Triangle

“He says, ‘I’m hosting Elvis Presley and he saw you at the 20th Century Fox restaurant and he liked what he saw,'” Moreno recalled, adding a faux Southern artist as Parker. “You know, he liked brunettes and I was a brunette at the time, and I said, ‘Yeah?’ He said, ‘Well, he would very much like to meet you. Would you like to meet him?’”

“Marlon found out and got mad because, of course, despite the underwear in his house, he had a right, I didn’t,” continued the Oscar winner. “He asked me to come here and he got angry. …We had been going out, at that time, for six years together and he said, ‘Would you dare?’ and you act like you are completely innocent. The best thing is that he got so angry, he started throwing chairs. It was fun.”
Moreno and Brando, who died in July 2004, were together between 1954 and 1962.

Presley, of course, has had her own star-studded dating history. He was also married Priscilla Presley six years and they share a daughter Lisa Marie. Elvis died in 1977 at the age of 42.
