‘Bachelorette’ alum Trista Sutter explains why she was ‘temporarily unavailable’ to the family earlier this year
Months after her husband started worrying about his wife’s whereabouts and the state of their relationship, “The Bachelorette” alum Trista Stutter is offering an explanation.
On Friday, Trista took to social media to share the reasons her husband, Ryan, went dark on social media in May, revealing that Trista had been “temporarily unavailable” to her and their two children.
“Was it a divorce/panic breakdown/mid-life crisis/death/breakup trial back in May?! Not unless you call it ‘Special Forces: World’s Toughest Trial,’ season 3!” she wrote on Instargram. “Thankfully, none of those things relate to my experience filming the show, but as you can see from the trailer, the angel on my shoulder has had to face some pretty big battles. ,” he continued. “You’ll have to tune in in January to see the battles unfold, but for now, I’m so grateful to be a part of this epic journey.”

In May, Ryan shared several black and white photos, with captions about the missing Trista and said, “I really want to talk to you. Asking how you are? How was your day. I would really like to hear your voice. voice – just a minute I called without much what can I say, I don’t know how lucky I was or I would have missed the opportunity if it wasn’t,” adding “you’ll be here when you are. come back… I’ll be here… forever.”

In another post, he wrote, “Trista is fine. We are fine. We are fine. Trista is in a place in life where she wants a little. An opportunity has presented itself that may help her in that quest. With her family’s support, she has taken part of that plan means she is not with us for a while.

After sparking concern among fans, Trista wrote, at first jokingly, “Geez people. Can’t a girl have a mental breakdown/trial breakup/midlife crisis/death/divorce peacefully around here?”

He continued, “In all seriousness, to those concerned, I am safe and sound, happy and healthy, in love and grateful. To those who choose to focus on criticism and seeking darkness the hard way, good luck with that. .”
“The opportunity to look at things from a positive perspective and personal growth presented itself and with the unconditional support of my family and friends, I chose to be myself and get better, knowing that my job is to stay at home with my children the last year of school. The requirements were in the best, most capable hands,” he added.

“My stoic husband who often prefers privacy to posting, decided to share his love for me in messages that will find me on my travels. We consider Instagram as a digital diary. Trista and Ryan met on the first season of “The Bachelorette” in 2003, they married in December of that year in a three-part wedding special, “Trista & Ryan’s Wedding” on ABC.
The couple now have two children, Maxwell and Blakesley.
