Ice Philadelphia removes El Salvador being arrested for raping a child returning home
The man in El Salvador wanted sex crimes involving the younger in his country and was confined in Philadelphia about our cultivation and cultural strengthening.
The Ice removed Francisco Javier Melandez Torres, which was required by law enforcement in El Salvador for abuse of a child and sexual assault, Jan. 31.

Melengez Torres was started with the first time US Border Patrol on February 5, 1986, near Rio Grande, Texas. He was served by the order to show the cause and the notice of hearing, charge unavailability, according to the Ice Philadelphia. He was released that day by recognition order.
He was given volunteer travel on November 17, 1986, with migration judge in Harlingen, Texas, and had to return to El Salvador on December 29, 1986.
He was removed if he failed to go that day.
