1923 Season 2: Trailer, Release Date and Everything You Need to Know So Far

I Yellowstone prequel 1923 returns to another chapter.

What is ‘1923’ Season 2 about?

Season 2 of the Paramount+ original series will follow the Duttons as they face a new set of obstacles.

“In the second season of 1923a brutal winter brings new challenges and unfinished business for Jacob and Cara back at the Dutton ranch,” reads the official synopsis. “With dire circumstances and enemies threatening to end Dutton’s legacy, Spencer makes a difficult journey home, racing against time to save her family in Montana. Meanwhile, Alexandra begins her arduous journey across the Atlantic to find Spencer and rekindle their love. “

Is There A Trailer For ‘1923’ Season 2?

Yes, Paramount+ has released the upcoming installment theatrically set for December 2024. The clip shows the Duttons fighting to protect their family farm.

“In Montana, there’s a war going on over my family’s land, and they’re losing,” Spencer said before announcing her intention to return home from Africa to help. “I know what I have to do. I’m coming home.”

One month later, Paramount + released its official trailer for season 2, confirming that Spencer will do whatever it takes to return to Montana and save his family’s farm. “My family is in danger. My wife lost me, and I don’t have time,” said Spencer who was beaten at one point.

His mother, Cara, meanwhile, says she’s “praying” Spencer can come back after hearing Whitefield plans to make “Montana a playground.”

Whitefield’s plan includes taking the Dutton farm one way or another. “Time to build that army you promised me,” he told his colleague Creighton.

Elsewhere in the trailer, Cara pulls out a gun and prepares to fight as does her husband, Jacob. “Of all the things I had to do on this farm, this takes the cake,” Cara muttered as she sat in her seat.

Jacob vows to protect the farm, but Creighton is ready to take down all the Duttons. “Kill them. I mean, kill a bunch of them,” he orders.

The trailer ominously warns that a family must “defend or die” in a massive war to survive and save their country.

When Is ‘1923’ Season 2 Airing?

Season 2 of 1923 will premiere on Paramount+ on Sunday, February 23. New episodes will air every Sunday. Season 1 is currently available on the streaming site.
