“White people with degrees of my generation accepted the change because we were able to invite people of color to our positions without feeling that our high standard was being challenged. It seemed that we did not see that disrespectful White people were threatened, even betrayed. a new system of different races,” he says. “We are facing what we thought was white racism and sexism, where it was mainly fear, we began to announce codes of speech and behavior to we have forced diversity into a new form of culture.”
