Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt Lose Home in Pacific Palisades Fire

According to an Instagram post from Stephanie, Montag, 38, and Pratt, 41, lost their belongings when the fire engulfed the star-studded property on Tuesday, January 7. (TMZ is the first to report the news with sources telling the outlet that “the entire family was able to get out safely early in the morning.”)

Late on Tuesday, Stephanie, 38, revealed that she felt bad for her family. “Honestly, I’m looking for advice. I froze in shock. My little nieces and nephews are so sad watching their house disappear like this. They must be scared and confused,” he said in the photo of the fire. Stephanie, who also appeared in the The hillsSubmit an Instagram Story to expand on the news. “I’m so sad for my brother, Heidi and the kids,” Stephanie said alongside a photo of Spencer watching the fire. “I just spoke to my father – he tried to save my brother’s house but the wind is strong and there is nothing he could do.”
Earlier on Tuesday, Spencer took to social media to share images of the raging fire on her Instagram story which captured a small plane flying through the sky and dumping water on the affected area as thick black smoke billowed from the mountains behind and ahead.
TMZon the other hand, she shared a video of Spencer standing outside her home, her cell phone in hand as she watched the fire destroy her neighborhood next to her loved one. At one point during the clip, Spencer was seen wiping her eyes as smoke or ash affected her vision.
The footage then captured the fire itself as Spencer appeared to show how close the fire was.
An out-of-control wildfire, which has burned more than 1,200 acres in the high-profile Pacific Palisades neighborhood, prompted evacuations Tuesday.
Casino actor James Woods shared photos of the natural disaster before releasing his own, leading to X to post a video of the scene and caption, “I’m leaving.”
