fox, It cannot be disputed Manager Skip Bayless and others have been indicted on 14 counts, including sexual battery, by the former Fox Sports hairstylist in court.
Nousshin Faraji worked part-time for Fox Sports from 2012-16 and full-time from 2016-24 and made several allegations in the 42-page lawsuit.
Fox, Fox Sports, FS1, FS2, Fox Sports EVP Charlie Dixon, Bayless, and FS1 CEO Joy Taylor are all named as defendants.
After starting work It cannot be disputedThe lawsuit alleges that Bayless gave Faraji “hugs and kisses on the cheek while pressing it against hers and pressing her breasts.”
The single mother says she told Bayless repeatedly that she wasn’t interested and “didn’t fall in love at work.”
The lawsuit also says she told Bayless she had ovarian cancer, after having problems with her left ovary, to try to stop its progression.
“Instead, Mr. Bayless told her he wanted to be with her,” the lawsuit states. “Ms. Faraji got scared and started screaming that there are cameras everywhere, that she has a child and she doesn’t want him. Mr. Bayless then grabbed her hands, started kissing them, and offered her $1.5 million to have sex.”
The 73-year-old also told Faraji that he would “change” her life if she agreed to have sex, the lawsuit alleges.
Skip was accused of advancing on Faraji a week later, to whom he said, “Get over it, stop, you’ve got a wife.”
Mr. Bayless replied, “Aren’t you a Muslim? Doesn’t your father have three or four wives?”
While working at Fox, Faraji says he made various complaints to the Department of Labor and Employee Relations about his treatment.
Her claim also alleged the popular Fox Sports presenter Taylor began “insulting Ms Faraji on a personal and professional level” after their friendship ended. It also claims that Taylor mocked the “English” pronunciation of Faraji, who has Persian heritage.
The lawsuit seeks class-action status against Faraji and other Fox employees who have been working at Fox for the past four years.
Ms. Faraji is seeking unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
