“She’s like one of my best friends,” Rachel said on the Saturday, Dec. 21, episode of the podcast. “We are very different. We have so many different types.”
Rachel explained that Blake, 34, has a “broad variety” of style, while she likes the “feminist era.”

“Blake says I should stop doing that. She’s like, ‘That’s why you can’t get a boyfriend,'” Rachel said. “[He’s like]’You need a manly man.’ I’m like, ‘I didn’t want that so I’m trying to keep an open mind.’
Rachel noted that she has been dipping her toe in the dating pool, but has no updates to share about her love life just yet. “If I can, I’ll let you know,” he said. “I have dated a little bit. There will be something to report, but not yet.”
In August, Rachel shut down speculation that she and Blake were more than friends after she was spotted supporting him at the 17th annual Oceana Seachange Summer Party with Nautica in Laguna Beach, California.
“We went to the event together. Everyone wants us to be the worst couple,” he said on an episode of the “Almost Famous” podcast at the time. “I feel like we keep talking about rumors a lot. We are not a couple yet. We are friends.”

Despite the cohost Ashley Iconetti noting that the two “look really good together,” Rachel said they had never locked lips once. “You are my best friend. I go to him for everything,” he explained. “Then who would I go to if we kiss awkwardly, and things get complicated?”
After not finding The One in previous seasons of the franchise, Rachel and Blake both entered the competition in season 9. Bachelor in Paradise in 2023. The two decided to leave the show in week 4 when they did not find a romantic connection on the beaches of Mexico.
“We went to Paradise together. We have become friends and have been traveling for over a year,” Rachel explained about their friendship. “If it was meant to be, I think it would have happened.”
Before the romance rumors with Blake, Rachel broke up with him again Gabby Windey‘s season 19 of The Bachelorette Engaged to Tino Franco but the two broke up after it was revealed that he kissed someone during a rough patch in their relationship. Blake, on the other hand, was engaged Katie Thurston in 2021 but broke up months later.
