Donny Osmond’s Nephew Jared Osmond Confirms He’s Still Dating ‘RHOSLC’ Britani Bateman
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City newcomer Brittany Bateman he is dating Jared Osmonda member of a prominent family of the same name.
“When an angel comes into your life bringing you joy, peace and love, hold on with both hands,” Osmond, 54, wrote on Instagram on Sunday, December 22, alongside a slideshow of photos of the couple’s relationship. “Introducing my beautiful girlfriend, Britani Bateman.”
He captioned it, “Yes, life is good with Britani by my side.”
Bateman, 53, reposted her boyfriend’s upload on her Instagram story.
Jared is the son of Osmondwho is the brother of the famous brothers Donny Osmond again Marie Osmond.
When Bateman first joined RHOSLC season 5 earlier this year as a “friend,” she revealed that she had been involved in a new relationship with Jared.
“I’ve known Britani for a few years, we’ve seen each other at events and we’re friends. He is a dirty Mormon [who] divorced, [who] you’ve moved on,” said the costar Heather Gay in the season premiere. “She’s dating Jared Osmond as in Osmond Osmond, Donny and Marie’s nephew, in the Mormon tradition of dating Prince Harry. Until today.”
Batemen then admitted to Gay, 50, that “as of this morning,” he is “single and ready to meet.”
“It’s me and you, baby,” Bateman continued with Gay, who was the only other single RHOSLC humanity.
Bateman also said that he and Jared broke up about “16 times.”
“Jared and I have been dating for eight months, and we’ve broken up 16 times, I mean. It’s a lot,” Bateman later confessed. “I feel like I’m on this cycle of falling in love with other people, breaking up and getting back together. It’s like, ‘Uh, I’m a crazy person,’ but there’s something about him. Mm, he’s beautiful.”
In her first season, Bateman is already making a splash among Utah women. However, it is too early to tell if he can hold his own snowflake in a potential season 6.
“I think at this point, especially when you look at Housewives of Miami, I think the lines between ‘friend’ and Housewife, you know, have blurred a little bit,” the executive producer said. Andy Cohen you are only told Us Weekly earlier this month. “I think it means, we use our discretion differently, maybe, but I’m not sure it matters as long as they’re part of the collection.”
