Blake Lively is suing Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment, retaliation and infliction of emotional distress.

Months after news broke of a rift between “It Ends with Us” star Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, the “Gossip Girl” alum has filed a sexual harassment complaint against the actor.

According to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital, the complaint – filed with the California Department of Human Rights – details allegations of sexual harassment, retaliation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and more.

On Jan. 4, an “all-hands” meeting was called to address a “hostile work environment that nearly destroyed production,” the documents said. Attendees included Lively’s husband, Ryan Reynolds, Baldoni, who is the chairman and founder of Wayfarer Studios, director and actor Jamey Heath, and others.

“Ms. Lively was forced to raise concerns about the misconduct of Mr. Baldoni and Mr. Heath as well, and she began doing so months before filming began. The concerns she expressed were not just hers, but other female actors, some of whom had already spoken out.”

According to the documents, some of Blake’s demands included no more showing Blake nude videos or pictures of women, no more talk about Baldoni’s or Heath’s ‘pornography addiction’, no more discussions about personal experiences with sex, no more descriptions of them. personal genitalia, no more sex scenes other than what was in the original script, no more conversations about Blake’s weight or dead dad, and more.

Additionally, Lively denied that she or any of her representatives planted or spread negative information about Mr. Baldoni or Wayfarer, according to The Times.

Bryan Freedman, an attorney for Baldoni and Wayfarer, told the Times, “These allegations are completely false, offensive and malicious with the intent to harm the public and revise the media narrative.”

Freedman added that Wayfarer, along with her management and PR team “didn’t do anything or retaliate” against Lively. Freedman says Lively’s complaint is “another desperate attempt to ‘fix’ her bad reputation.”

Representatives for Baldoni, including Freedman, did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment. A representative for Lively referred to the New York Times article for more information.

Rumors of a feud between the costars started during the film’s tour this summer.

Fans have taken to TikTok and other social media platforms to share the ideas behind the unusual features of the media tour.

Baldoni did his part of the press tour alone even though he was leading alongside Lively. The two have never posed for cast photos together and Lively has rarely spoken about her expenses in interviews.
