On Saturday at Torrey Pines had to be everything about Scottie Schuffler and Rory Mcilroy.
The third cycle of the genesisa Gekeisis was the first time that both stars have been four highest PGA events entering the third round.
While Davis Thompson led a 36-hole at 8-Hole Lead at the par, on Saturday it looked like there would be Rory-Scottie Duel in Torrey Pines ‘remopes’ South Course.
As often occurred, golf had different tricks.
The third cycle of Mcilroy can better be seen by two statistics: he just hit 14 fairways and lost 3.905 greens. The latter is the bad MCCRoy cycle in the paragraph of PGA for 10 years, justin ray.
The Great Four Time Spath was a few opportunities to come at the hot start, but missed 8-foot put for birdie at. 2 and 10-foot Putt for birdie at. 3. Then came boogys in PAR-5 sixth and par-3 eighth before keeping his first card in no. 9.
McCroy’s Day did not improve nine backs as he missed a put 5 14th meters before binding twice a par-3 16th. You missed the three fooker with a booby. When the dust was settled, Mcilroy shot, 74-year-old, who left him in 3 – under the tournament and five shots after the Patrick Roleck leader.
The moving day did not have the best player in the world.
Scheffler started just one day back from Thompson and ties quickly leading Bird. 4.
Then all the rest came.
The Schuffler Bogeyed both par 5s before ninth – including four-lost footer for the par E-No. 6 – Then binds his hole in the par-4 14 hole left.
After taking an unpleasant thing, the schedffler hit his third shot in the Greek Darkness. He left them from seven meters, 7 inches in BOGEY. Schuffler hit Putt, and ate the right edge, and he got it twice.
After two holes later, in Para-3 16, Scheffler also lost a Tee Shot, opened it on green and deep burning. The beautiful wing gave her 15 feet, but Scheffler burned another fragrance, leaving her looking at Caddy Ted Scott by not believing.
The final damage 1 was 4-more than 76, who left him tied in Mcilroy in 3-less.
It was the worst Bchefffer round from the last 2022 players of Championship players.
On the day, Scheffler lost 3.8993 vegetable strokes in the lines and could only crash. He also has lost more than half of the tee.
You make 34 meters just putrts. Mcilroy is only 55.
Saturday in La Jolla, Calif.
The sooner came quickly from Southern California Air, leaving the Rods on top of Denny McCarthy and Ludvig went inside two firearm.
