Nestor Jose Mendoza-Garcia was arrested Thursday in San Antonio, Texas, and Elmer Aparicio-Castillo and an unidentified man, 36, were arrested the same day in Nashville, all following allegations of illegal immigration last year while they were being processed. arrested by the Biden administration.

Mendoza-Garcia arrived in the US in October and was given a notice to appear before being released.
He was arrested by the San Antonio Police Department in November for possession of a firearm in connection with an unsolved murder.
On Thursday, ICE San Antonio obtained an indictment and warrant for Mendoza-Garcia’s arrest for being an alien in possession of a firearm. He is an active gang member, the official said.
Aparicio-Castillo was issued an appearance notice after meeting with ICE in El Paso, Texas, in September.

Aparicio-Castillo’s criminal history includes charges of evading arrest, promoting prostitution and possession of marijuana in Nashville.
After his criminal conviction, Aparicio-Castillo will be subject to legal detention on immigration charges, the official said.
An unidentified 36-year-old Venezuelan man entered the US illegally in Eagle Pass, Texas, in December and was issued a summons to appear.
