Drolina Carolina drunk driver arrested in December fired 3 times: affidavit
An illegal immigrant with a long criminal history in the United States was indicted by a Carolina grand jury last week for reimporting without arrest after being arrested in December.
Sergio IntoPan-Toto, 36, was arrested on Del. 6, 2024, of Radiant, South Carolina, for driving under the influence after exiting a vehicle that nearly collided with another vehicle on West Main Street westbound.
When the panel police tried to pull over the ixtepan-toto, it is suspected that he ran the stop sign and continued driving until he was put in the police parking lot.
During the stop, officers reported that Ixtepan-Toto failed a field sobriety test and had multiple cans of Open Baye Open BEER in his vehicle.

The incident report also revealed that he had an identification card from Mexico, Fox Carolina reported.
Ixtepan-Toto was released on local charges and arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement on December 9.

An affidavit filed Dec. 12 by a deportation officer said Ixtepan-Toto’s immigration file shows he was deported in May 2020, November 2022 and February 2024.
“There is no document that ixtepan ever received the permission of the United States attorney or his successor, the director of national security, to apply for admission to the United States after his arrest,” the affidavit said.

A background check on Ixtepan-Toto obtained by Fox Carolina showed criminal charges in various meetings within the state elected back in 2008.
His prior convictions include speeding, driving without a license, domestic violence, disorderly conduct and a prior arrest for driving under the influence.
