Kelsea Ballerini Gets The Truth About ‘Stress Rash’ Before Acting

Ballerini, 31, took to Instagram on Tuesday, January 21, to share the physical rash she experienced hours before going on stage for her first concert. Ballerini went makeup free in the clip, giving fans a full look of the breakout. Her brown hair was parted to the side and still wet from the shower.
The “Cowboys Cry Too” singer also teased moments during her first stop in Grand Rapids, Michigan, including a photo of her tossing a boa in the air to reveal her figure-hugging outfit.
Other looks included a red beaded chain dress. Ballerini made the heavy metal era even better with nude fishnets layered under glittery socks, and knee-high boots for good measure.
Ballerini continued to up the sparkle with a shimmery pink shadow on her lids. The rest of her eye makeup consisted of a terracotta shade blended into her brow bone and expertly swept along her waterline and long lashes. She paired her glamor with pink lined lips, rosy cheeks and full eyebrows. Her platinum blond hair was styled in messy – but chic – waves.
Her other glittering outfit featured cutouts on the chest and chest, crystal-embellished hearts and a pair of fitted pants that hugged her curves.
