Paris Hilton he misses what’s important in life after losing his home in Malibu in the Los Angeles fires.

Hilton, 43, took to Instagram on Sunday, January 19, to share a video of her son Phoenix, 2, sleeping on a blanket next to the family’s two dogs.

The clip, which zoomed in on the boy’s face and captured his pups Diamond and Baby lazing around him, came with the caption, “Take a moment to rest” with Pheeny, Diamond, and Baby sleeping on it.

The mother of two, who also has daughter London, 1, and husband, Carter Reumcaptioned it with a heartfelt message. “Some of the sleeping Pheeny and puppy pics for your feed 🧘🏼‍♀️🩷 With everything going on around us, sometimes we need a good reminder to take some meaningful time 🥹 #SlivingMom,” Hilton wrote. The post comes after Hilton confirmed on social media on January 9 that she was watching her “home in Malibu burn to the ground on live television.” Describing the experience of that time, he wrote, “It is in this home that we made many precious memories. A grieving Hilton had an incredible vision at the time, continuing, “Although the loss is great, I remain grateful that my family and pets are safe. My heart and prayers go out to all the families affected by this fire. To all the people who have lost their homes, their memories, and their beloved pets. My heart aches for those who are in trouble or mourning a great loss. The damage is unimaginable.”

Hilton has maintained a positive outlook on the devastation of the LA wildfires, which have affected a number of celebrities after the storm broke out on January 7, lending a hand to displaced animals despite her heartache.

Hilton and a host of other celebrities have shared valuable information on disaster relief after a natural disaster, with the charity adding that her charity has been helping.
