Taylor Swift and Caitlin Clark’s appearance at the Chiefs game sparks mixed reactions from fans: ‘Wokesters!’
Caitlin Clark’s surprise appearance alongside Taylor Swift at the Kansas City Chiefs’ playoff game excited many fans on Saturday, but some dreaded the idea.
The first sighting of Clark and Swift together after the pop star extended an invitation to Clark months ago provided a heartwarming dose of fan service for some.

However, many fans have complained about Swift’s frequent broadcasts at Chiefs games since last season, when the singer started supporting Travis Kelce. But now with Clark there again, it’s double trouble for some.
In his latest Time magazine, Athlete of The Year Interview, Clark said, “As a White man, there is privilege.”
The comments sparked a backlash against the WNBA’s action. And some fans who chanted on Saturday voiced their displeasure, protesting Swift’s past endorsements of Kamala Harris and other Democrats.

Clark, a lifelong Chiefs fan, told Time that Swift and Kelce extended the invitation to Clark when he attended the Swift Eras Tour concert at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis in early November.

Clark was also recently photographed alongside Swift on the cover of Time magazine’s Inspiring Women’s special issue at the end of October.
Clark said he has been a lifelong Kansas City Chiefs fan. She congratulated Swift after the pop star went public with her relationship with Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce in September 2023.
