Brittany Mahomes surprised fans by appearing in the Chiefs’ playoff game days after giving birth
Brittany Mahomes may have shied away from the broadcast camera as the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Houston Texans on Saturday night, but she was at Arrowhead Stadium for the game.
Mahomes surprised NFL fans with his appearance in the AFC Finals. A few days earlier, she gave birth to her third child with Patrick, Golden Raye.

Fans who saw Mahomes on the sidelines to support her husband applauded him for his appearance. She and Patrick announced the birth of their child on Monday.
Brittany Mahomes has been pregnant for the entire 2024 NFL season and has been able to show up to many of the Chiefs’ home games at Arrowhead Stadium to support the quarterback and the team.
Patrick seemed anxious during the birth. He was expected to get a kid the week the Chiefs would have a playoff game. Patrick may have been in line to miss the birth if Kansas City didn’t win the games it needed to have a chance to play at home and earn a first-round bye in the postseason.
Fortunately, the Chiefs wrapped that up against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Christmas.

Patrick talked about their latest child on Wednesday.
“I’m fine with three at the moment,” he told reporters on Tuesday. “We’ll see a line maybe, but my goal was always three, so we had three, and we’ll sit there for a while and see if we need to come back and get another later.”
The family already has two children – Bronze and Sterling. Mahomes talked about how Brittany was doing after the birth of their newborn and how her other siblings were handling it.
“It was cool. I mean, I’m rooting for you. Brittany blew it,” he said. “It was great to welcome another baby girl into our family and see how my other kids react to her and having a baby sister and stuff like that. It was really fun, and it was great that soccer was on TV when I was in the hospital, so I got to watch a little bit. Brittany was kind enough to let us watch soccer. as she prepares to give birth to our second daughter.
