WWE, TNA Wrestling announce multi-year partnership

WWE and TNA Wrestling on Thursday announced a multi-year partnership that will open the way for talent to perform for either company.

Talent from WWE’s NXT may appear on TNA’s “IMPACT” and vice versa. Star wrestlers may appear on select WWE premium live events and TNA pay-per-views in the future. This practice had already taken place in a few places in 2024.

“This historic partnership shows that collaboration and competition don’t have to be mutually exclusive,” TNA Wrestling and Anthem Sports & Entertainment vice president Ariel Schnerer said in a statement. TNA and WWE NXT wrestlers have already performed on each other’s shows.

Last year, Jordynne Grace kicked off 2024 by appearing in the women’s Royal Rumble. She went on to compete against Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women’s Championship at Battleground.

Former TNA stars have also appeared in WWE over the past few years.
