The fan and her employer have since “parted ways,” the company said.
“We, the management of BCT Partners, have completed an international labor investigation regarding an employee who was caught on video outside of work making defamatory and defamatory statements,” the company said in a statement on Tuesday. “In line with our company’s values, which are strongly focused on respect, dignity, and inclusion, we have decided to part ways with the employee. This separation is effective immediately.
“We strongly condemn the behavior of our former employee. This person’s behavior and language was vile, disgusting, unacceptable, horrific and has no place in our work and society. Such behavior is not who we are and is not what we stand for.
“At the same time, and in order to be true to our principles, we can criticize the actions without criticizing the person. None of us should be remembered for the action taken on our worst day. We gave kindness and support to our former employee. .We hope that he will grow, and we can all learn from this very disturbing incident And that’s what we do.

Caldwell was stunned when the Eagles topped the Packers in a wild card game over the weekend. Besides calling the woman a “dumb c—–,” he also called her a “bad dumb c—–.” Caldwell asked her fiancé if she was going to do anything about the name-calling, if not, she turned to watch the game.
The woman’s boyfriend revealed himself on social media as Alexander Basara and posted this video on social media. He wrote to X that he did not want to quarrel with Caldwell.
He mentioned in another post that he’s not going to start painting all Eagles fans with a broad brush.
“Many of you were very nice. Trust me. Normal person but the handshake at the end. This was out of line,” he wrote on X.
