The D-Backs are getting a linebacker Grae Kessinger from the Astros for a minor league pitcher Matthew LinskeyChandler Rome and Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic report. Houston nominated Kessinger for assignment before the holiday break as a complementary move of the Christian Walker Lift up. Arizona had three 40-man roster spots, so no other moves would be necessary.
