Illegal immigrant accused of molesting 5-year-old Florida girl says family accuses him of immigrating
An illegal immigrant from Guatemala has been arrested after allegedly molesting a five-year-old girl inside his home in two separate incidents, allegations the suspect denies.
Nicolas Jose Francisco, 25, faces two counts of sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 12. He is being held without bail in the Palm Beach County Jail.
Francisco had been working for the young victim’s family for more than a year when he molested the girl on two separate occasions in her garage and bathroom, WFLX reported.
The girl first contacted the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Department of Children and Families on December 13 about the alleged abuse.

On both occasions, the child said Francisco took her into the garage or bathroom where he touched her inappropriately, investigators said.
The child told investigators that in the first incident, Francisco called her into the garage and “touched her flower,” which she called her private space, WPEC reported.
In the second episode, the girl said that Francisco took her to the bathroom where he allegedly exposed himself to her and touched her again.
Francisco said when interviewed by deputies on Thursday that the allegations were false and that the family said they were “undocumented immigrants.”
He said he touched the girl “accidentally both times” in the garage and in the bathroom. He said he was trying to help the girl go to the bathroom, but detectives said there was no bathroom in the garage.
