Ethan Plath Introduces New Girlfriend After Olivia Plath’s Divorce
About a year after he filed for divorce from his wife Olivia, Ethan Plath he has a new person in his life.
The suspect is 26 years old Welcome to Plathville The star posted a carousel of photos via Instagram on Wednesday, January 1, introducing his fans to his new girlfriend. He did not reveal his name or how they met.
“I’m proud to introduce my sweet girlfriend! You are truly one of the sweetest, kindest, and most patient people I have ever known!” wrote Ethan. “I’m looking forward to next year and what it has to bring. We wish everyone a very happy new year! Here we go in 2025!”
The first photo shows the couple sitting outside a car repair shop, followed by a series of photos that Ethan appears to take without realizing it before he realizes he’s being filmed while searching the interior of his car.
Other photos included a bathroom selfie, with the two standing in front of a moving yellow photo and several photos of them sitting together, cheek to cheek.
Ethan and Olivia, also 26, split in 2023 after five years of marriage. They finalized their divorce in 2024, while fans watched the drama unfold on season 6 of the TLC show.
While Ethan was initially reluctant to jump back into the dating pool, Olivia has been open about her love life since their split.
“I’ve been dating outside of LA mostly long distance,” she said in one episode of season 6. “I’ve found that’s a really good way to keep separate from, like, my single life in LA looking at my life — I’m out and I’m still having fun when I’m on tour, I’m going on dates, I’m talking to people, but “I don’t see them every day.”
Her new boyfriend, Brendan, also appeared in the latest season of Welcome to Plathville.
Ethan, who admitted he had trouble moving on from Olivia, put himself out there in a recent episode last season when he asked for a woman’s number during a dance. His private life was largely absent from social media before Wednesday’s hard-hitting launch.
“It didn’t work out between us, even though Lord knows we both gave it everything we had,” he revealed in a 2023 Instagram post announcing his split from Olivia. “It seemed like we were always pulling each other in different directions in life with different goals. I wish Olivia all the best in the future. I care deeply about him and I always will.”
