Justin Baldoni calls Blake Lively’s claims ‘false and damaging,’ lawyer says new lawsuit will reveal the truth.

Justin Baldoni plans to “expose” what his lawyer calls a “false” narrative created by Blake Lively’s legal complaint against the actress.

The actor’s ongoing lawsuit will share “the truth” after Lively accused Baldoni of sexual harassment leading up to the filming of the Colleen Hoover adaptation, “It Ends With Us.”

“This is not an answer or a rebuttal — it’s a deliberate pursuit of the truth,” Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, told People magazine.

“This lawsuit will expose and expose the false and damaging narrative that was deliberately crafted by a credible press that relied on tainted sources and ignored the fact-checking process to ensure the validity of these documents,” Baldoni’s lawyer said.

“There is an insurmountable body of factual evidence, including timelines and communications, that has not been examined or taken out of context, as opposed to altered. [‘New York Times’] the story that happened on Saturday, December 21, 2024,” the statement continued.

Fox News Digital has reached out to Freedman for further comment.

“This case will expose and expose the false and damaging narrative that was purposefully crafted by a credible press that relied on tainted sources and completely neglected the fact-checking process to ensure the validity of these documents.”

It has living details allegations of sexual harassmentretaliation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and more in the complaint filed Dec. 20 with the California Department of Human Rights.

The actor reportedly called an “all hands” meeting on Jan. 4, 2024 regarding Baldoni’s alleged behavior with film producer Jamey Heath where her husband, Ryan Reynolds, was attending.

“Ms. Lively was forced to raise concerns about Mr. Baldoni’s misconduct with Mr. Heath directly, and began doing so months before filming began,” reads the complaint, obtained by Fox News Digital. “The complaints he raised were not only about him, but also about other female actors, some of whom had spoken.”

Some of the alleged behavior discussed included no more nude videos or pictures of women on Lively, no more talk about Baldoni’s or Heath’s “porn addiction”, no more discussions about personal experiences with sex, no more descriptions of their private parts, no. more to add sex scenes other than what was in the original script, no more conversations about Blake’s weight or dead father, and more.

At that time, all parties agreed that the prescribed conduct would end. Despite the settlement, Lively claims in the complaint that Baldoni committed murder and participated in a campaign to “deceive the public” to “destroy” her career and reputation.

“I hope my legal action will help pull back the curtain on these vindictive tactics that hurt people who speak out and help protect others who may be targeted,” Lively told The New York Times in a statement.

Baldoni’s lawyer dismissed the allegations, saying: “These allegations are completely false, offensive and aimed at damaging the public and re-telling the media’s narrative.”
