Alabama chocolatier shares ‘indulgent’ s’mores martini recipe

An Alabama chocolate shop owner shared her s’mores martini recipe with Fox News Digital.

Michelle Novosel is the owner and master chocolatier of Pizzelle’s Confections in Huntsville, Alabama.

Novosel called his cocktail “a chocolatey, indulgent martini perfect for the holidays.”

He said the drops of chocolate bitters are optional, but 10 drops works best for that “extra chocolate” flavor.

The “finishing touch” is “honey vanilla marshmallow,” although regular marshmallow is “pretty good,” he said.

“This is the perfect garnish for your perfect martini,” he added.

Ingredients

Martini or coupe glass, topped with dark chocolate sauce and crushed graham cracker

1.5 kilograms of vodka

.5 ounces of alcoholic coffee

.5 ounces chocolate liqueur

10 drops chocolate bitters

1 ounce heavy cream (you can use other milk)

2 ounces chocolate sauce (“Ours is a mixture of dark and milk chocolate, but you can use whatever you have on hand.”)

1 marshmallow, toasted

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

2. Shake until smooth.

3. Pour into prepared glass.
