Boston balcony pirate arrested after being spotted by Boston police
A mobster known by members of the Boston community as the “Tom Brady” of pickpocketing was arrested on Christmas Eve, authorities said.
A police surveillance team spotted Kerri Flynn, 34, who has gained notoriety and been compared to the Hall of Fame linebacker among some residents, leading to her arrest, the Boston Police Department said.

Officers “were in the middle of spreading holiday cheer, delivering toys to children in South Boston, when a Cadet spotted Flynn — the alleged thief’s getaway that left worried locals in dismay,” the department said.
Because of the allegations that he escaped, locals compared Flynn to Brady, the former New England Patriots quarterback who is considered the greatest football player of all time.
It is suspected that he was caught with two unopened bags, said the police.

Flynn is also wanted on multiple counts of shoplifting and receiving stolen property. He has been charged with multiple counts of fraud, police said.
