Former Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., is suing to block the release of a House Ethics Committee report on his alleged conduct.
In a complaint filed in a district court in Washington, DC, Republican lawyers maintain Gaetz’s innocence, say the conduct documented in the report is untrue, and say the committee has no jurisdiction over him because he is no longer in office.
