Apple Martin Appears to Address ‘Mean Girl’ Criticism After Le Bal Debut

Per E! News as well as Every day Mailin a post that has since been deleted, Apple and two friends can be seen talking in a loud voice, “I don’t know how anyone has a problem with us, we’re so happy.”
The voiceover continues, “We are two very funny girls and I know each other, like offline. If I tell you, there are no other two who are more caring, giving, generous, kind…”
Apple, 20, recently made a big public appearance at Le Bal de Débutantes, dancing with her dad at the event, but it was a TikTok video that caused a stir on social media. In a clip shared by a French magazine Paris MatchApple and fellow debutante Aliénor Loppin de Montmort they were spotted taking pictures, with Apple confidently posing for the camera while standing behind Loppin de Montmort. This created a wave of backlash on social media, including calling Apple a “bad girl.”
Talking to People earlier this month, however, Loppin de Montmort responded to the claims and instead had nothing but kind words for Apple. “[Apple’s] honestly the most beautiful girl ever! He doesn’t even deserve any of what he gets,” Loppin de Montmort told the media. “She was the most beautiful girl that not only me but all the debs have ever met!”
Among other debs who made their first appearance at this annual event this season Sophia Lorengrandson Lucia Sofia Ponti, Princess Eugenia de Bourbon again Sophie Kodjoedaughter of actors Boris Kodjoe again Nicole Ari Parker.
Apple wore a blue Valentino dress with six dégradé silk plissé chiffon and pressed with a black bow, according to Apple. Vogue. It took creative director Alessandro Michele and his team 750 hours to create Apple’s dress, which she paired with the brand’s blue strappy heels.
Both of Apple’s famous parents attended the lavish event, along with her brother, Moses18.
Coldplay frontman Chris shared a slow dance with Apple as part of his official public introduction. Chris smiled and laughed while dancing with his daughter, according to a TikTok shared Paris Match.
