Olivia Flowers Talks About Taylor Green’s Friendship After Southern Charm Exits

While the former BFFs aren’t filming Bravo together — or spending any time alone — Olivia said they no longer argue.

“I think between the time that has passed and everything that’s happened, we’re both on the same page, like, if it’s time to go back, we’re going to do it,” she said.

Olivia noted that while there is hope for a reconciliation, Taylor is “preoccupied” with her own life. “I am sure that our path will pass,” he confirmed Us. “Charleston is a very small town, so we’ll see each other eventually.”

When Olivia joins Southern Charm in season 8 when you were dating Austen Krollshe became fast friends with Taylor, who was dating a friend of Austen’s Shave Rose at that time. Following their splits with Shep, 44, and Austen, 37, in July 2022 and September of that year, the girls have remained close.

However, when Taylor lies about kissing Austen shortly after he and Olivia break up, their friendship takes a major hit.

Olivia appeared in season 9 Southern Charm they also met that he didn’t trust Taylor even after he apologized for this lie. “I will not be friends with you. But I’m not going to take this seriously,” Olivia told Taylor during the episode. “I will not be negative. We can move forward, but that doesn’t mean we are together.”

Since season 9 was filmed in 2023, Olivia and Taylor’s circumstances have changed. Both were predeceased by a brother – Olivia’s sister, Connordied in January 2023, and Taylor’s brother, Eligibilityhe died in June 2023 — and the two are in a happy relationship.

The reality stars also don’t see each other anymore Southern Charm. While Taylor was still part of the series, Olivia announced in July that she was not returning, revealing that it was not her choice.

The character shoot struck a chord with Taylor as she wished to mend fences with her former friend on camera. Even without the show meeting, Taylor only told Us earlier this month he contacted Olivia.

“I think we’re on a good path and he’s reached,” explained Taylor. “I’ve allowed that space and time for him to reach out to me if he’s ready or wants to or wants to, he did, and I think that’s fine.”

He noticed that Olivia called to check on Taylor before she started shooting. “We had just started recording and he just said, ‘Hey, I’ve heard some things. Olivia called her exit “bad” admitting she “missed out on a fun ride.”

Like her friendship with Taylor, Olivia explained that her future is moving forward Southern Charm is not known. “I was happy when I did it, so I would be happy to come back if it ever comes back,” he added.
