UFO hearings: Pentagon official says government ‘cabal’ is hiding ‘we are not alone’

A former Pentagon official testified to Congress that the US government has evidence that “we are not alone in the universe,” but a “cabal” of officials is hiding the information.

This officer, Luiz Elizondo, is the former head of the Ministry of Defense, Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), tasked with investigating Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs). He and other witnesses testified before the House Oversight Committee.

“Excessive secrecy has led to atrocities against honest government employees, the military and the public, all to hide the fact that we are not alone in the universe,” Elizondo said, later calling the group a “cabal.”

“A small group in our government that includes the title of UAP has created a culture of oppression and intimidation that I have been a victim of, along with many of my former colleagues,” he continued.

Elizondo continued to urge Congress to enact legislation to protect whistleblowers who are currently too afraid to speak out about government operations.

“I believe that we as Americans can handle the truth. And I believe that the world deserves the truth,” he said.

The hearing is part of a larger effort by lawmakers to investigate UAPs and determine whether elements within the government are illegally withholding evidence from Congress.

One of the key programs involved in this issue is the Pentagon’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO).

AARO’s mission is to coordinate efforts across the DoD and other US government departments and agencies to “detect, identify and identify objects of interest” at military facilities or in space, which may pose a threat to operational safety or national security – this includes. mystical space, unknown space, aerial, underwater and trans-medium.

The Pentagon says the program has yet to reveal evidence that the UAPs are of extraterrestrial origin.

Dr. Tim Gallaudet, a retired US Navy admiral, also testified at Wednesday’s hearing. He also recounted an incident where crew members aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt encountered UAPs during a military exercise.

“During this operation, I received an e-mail on the Navy’s secure network from the chief of operations of Fleet Forces Command. The e-mail was addressed to all subordinate commanders, and the subject read in all capital letters: EMERGENCY AIRCRAFT TROUBLE SAFETY. The text of the e-mail was short but shocking, has words to the effect: ‘If any of you know what these are, tell me ASAP. We’re having a lot of conflicts on the horizon, and if we don’t resolve them soon, we’re going to have to shut down the operation,” Gallaudet said.

“Attached to the email is what is now known as the “Go Fast” video, taken from the forward-facing infrared sensor of a Navy F/A-18 aircraft participating in the operation,” he added.

“The next day, the email disappeared from my account and that of the other recipients without explanation. Furthermore, the Commander of Fleet Forces and his Operations officer never discussed the incident again,” he continued.

A third witness, journalist Michael Shellenberger, says sources inside the Pentagon assert that there is an Unacknowledged Special Access Program (USAP) known as the “Immaculate Constellation.”
